Screen Medics is looking for a strong, organized, high-accountability leader to take ownership of our installation and field projects. This is not a desk-only management role and it is not just a lead installer position. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to train crews, direct subcontractors, keep jobs moving, solve problems fast, protect quality, and bring order to a busy operation. What You Will Be Responsible For You will oversee installation quality, crew readiness, subcontractor direction, permits, warehouse organization, and project execution across a wide range of Screen Medics products and projects, including but not limited to: window screens porch screens screen doors storm doors cable rails glass handrails EZE-Breeze windows knee walls built from multiple industry materials SummerSpace windows patio and lanai enclosures pergolas retractable awnings decks porches You will also help oversee the design/build execution of these projects and make sure each job is properly prepared, staffed, staged, and completed to company standards. What This Role Looks Like Day to Day Train installers to meet Screen Medics quality and installation standards Oversee field production and hold crews accountable for performance Pull permits and make sure projects are ready before work begins Find, vet, schedule, and direct subcontractors Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks Coordinate project execution from planning through completion Work closely with leadership, office staff, crews, and subcontractors Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and ready for upcoming jobs Make sure materials, tools, and job components are staged and available Solve field issues quickly and keep projects moving Support the successful design and build of decks, porches, enclosures, and related projects What We Need We want someone who is: highly organized driven dependable solution-oriented strong under pressure able to lead people without babysitting committed to quality serious about follow-through known for having a true get-it-done attitude The Right Candidate Will Likely Have experience in construction, remodeling, installation management, or field operations experience leading crews and/or subcontractors strong understanding of residential build sequencing and jobsite coordination the ability to train and develop installers experience with decks, porches, enclosures, railing systems, awnings, screens, or similar products confidence handling permits, scheduling, and project readiness strong communication and problem-solving ability the ability to manage multiple moving jobs without losing control of details Why This Is a Great Opportunity At Screen Medics, you will not be stepping into a narrow role with limited impact.
