Job Description

PURPOSE Under the direction of the Manager, Special Products, this position will work closely with company leadership on operational, technology and product based initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to fleet maintenance operations, transportation management, technology implementation, vendor coordination and business, with a clear path for advancement and professional growth. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to assist with special projects, fleet technology initiatives, equipment administration, reporting, and used truck sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in transportation, fleet operations, technology, and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Assist with the transfer of equipment and titles through IRP and related registration processes. 2. Maintain and manage equipment records and Unit Master data within fleet maintenance systems. 3. Track and manage equipment locations, transfers and status updates. 4. Coordinate Company tablet inventory, deployment and tracking. 5. Assist with Fleet techno;ogy projects including telematics hardware installations, tracking shipments and ensuring installations are completed properly. 6. Develop and manager KPI scorecards, reporting and operational tracking reports. 7. Support used truck sales operations including: a. Managing website and online equipment listings. b. Preparing quotes and customer paperwork. c. Assisting with financing coordination Processing bills of sale, titles and other required motor vehicle paperwork. d. Coordinating payment collection and sale completion. 8. Assist with terminal improvement and expansion projects. 9. Coordinate with vendors, assist with the RFP process for terminals projects, fleet technology and parts purchasing initiatives. 10. Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing company projects.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
Transportation, fleet operations, logistics or technology experience preferred, but not required. 2. Experience with Fleet management systems or telematic platforms preferred but not required. 3. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 4. Strong organizational skills, follow up skills and attention to detail. 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities 6. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. 7. Comfortable working with vendors, customers and internal personnel. 8. Self motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
