Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope. Familiarity with construction management software and project management methodologies is essential. Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools such Procore, Building Connect, GCPay. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Maintain accurate project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and reports. Collaborate with project managers to track progress and identify potential issues or delays. Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and review processes. Support the preparation of bids and proposals by gathering necessary information and documentation. Monitor compliance with safety regulations on construction sites. Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in construction management software preferred. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Experience working on construction sites is a plus. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
