Project Controls Director, you will play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of our clients projects by creating, developing and maintaining large-scale schedulers. Your Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and generate advanced project schedules that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Provide strategic oversight for complex capital projects and portfolios. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, teams, and external partners to secure support, resources, and buy-in for projects. Establish and enforce governance structures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and global regulatory requirements. Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and local health authorities. Delivering competency in cost control, including budgeting, forecasting and cost estimation. Identifying risk and manage risk through risk mitigation strategies. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to project timelines. Analyzing project data and providing comprehensive reports and metrics to project teams and stakeholders, enabling data-driven insights for project optimization. As an MP Consultant, you must deliver expertise, adapt to new environments and industries, and be able to work with both internal and external teams. You will represent the MP brand on Client-Sites, and exemplify our core DNA of #TeamSpirit, #Committment and #Excellence. You will leverage both your expertise in the PPM discipline and a wide breadth of MP material and preparation to successfully support our clients. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field required; Master's degree preferred Over 15+ years of experience managing capital projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, construction, or related industry Deep understanding of project scheduling software, with 5+ years of experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Experience with new site construction Extensive knowledge of GMP Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skill Proven ability to successfully execute and deliver projects that drive organizational growth and competitiveness Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Excellent communicator, able to tailor messaging to different audiences Experience working within large, complex organizations Proactive, confident, and engaging, particularly when interacting with executive leadership and large stakeholder groups Benefits and Perks MP offers comprehensive contributions to medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
