Project Manager Marks Clearing & Grading Inc Wendell, NC 27591 Job Summary The Project Manager leads projects from inception to completion, managing resources, budgets, and schedules. This role ensures project goals are met on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works alongside superintendents and all project stakeholders to keep the project moving in a continuous manger while achieving internal KPI's. Develops project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitors project progress and adjusts plans as necessary. Manages project documentation and communicates updates to stakeholders. Enforces quality and safety standards on job sites. Education and Experience Strong project management and problemsolving skills. Experience with HCSS preferred. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in grading or construction. Physical Requirements Ability to visit and inspect job sites, often requiring standing, walking, and climbing. Must be able to work in various outdoor conditions.
