$23.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience) About Us Mathis Home Improvements has been serving homeowners throughout the Triad since 1997. We specialize in additions, sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow with our company and build a long-term career in residential construction management. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with customers, coordinating projects, and helping ensure jobs are completed correctly. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager / Field Supervisor will help oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. This position combines project coordination, customer service, quality control, and occasional hands-on punch list or repair work. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and has some construction experience. Responsibilities Visit active job sites throughout the Triad area Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project schedules Perform quality control inspections Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction process Document project progress with photos and notes Assist with project measurements and material verification Complete punch-list items and minor repairs when needed Ensure projects are completed safely and to company standards Use company software to track project updates and job information Help maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction Qualifications Construction experience preferred Residential remodeling experience is a plus Basic carpentry and repair skills preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and software applications Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and solve problems What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Company vehicle during work hours Paid training Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Stable, year-round work Family-oriented company with nearly 30 years of serving the Triad Why Join Mathis Home Improvements?
