Essential Functions Lead and Execute Projects:
Initiate, plan, and manage complex healthcare and technology-focused projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams:
Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align goals, facilitate communication, and drive project execution.
Monitor Performance and Mitigate Risk:
Track project progress, identify risks or barriers, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Align project outcomes with organizational priorities, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Communicate and Report Outcomes:
Lead meetings, present project updates, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership on performance and improvement opportunities. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred Experience Typically requires 3+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within healthcare, technology, or operational environments Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar platforms) Experience applying project management methodologies, including Agile or hybrid approaches Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory standards, and data governance principles Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Our Commitment to
