Project Services Manager - Contract Furniture Contract Business Solutions Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Permanent | Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $20 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications AutoCAD Pricing Interior layout drawings Microsoft Office Schedule management Records management Attention to detail Furniture sales Full Job Description Position Summary The Project Services Manager is responsible for the design, pricing, coordination, and execution of commercial furniture projects from initial specification through installation and project closeout. This position supports the Sales Team by ensuring accurate space planning, project documentation, order management, installation coordination, and timely project completion. Essential Responsibilities Create CAD drawings, furniture layouts, and space plans. Conduct site visits and field measurements as required. Prepare project proposals using Team Design software. Maintain and update 20/20 CAP pricing to ensure quoting accuracy. Provide accurate furniture specifications, pricing, and proposal support to the Sales Team. Track projects from award through completion. Place orders with manufacturers and vendors. Review order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate deliveries, installations, and project schedules. Communicate pricing updates, lead times, project status, and deadlines to the Sales Team. Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, freight providers, and installers as needed. Manage project documentation and maintain organized project folders. Track and resolve punch-list items to ensure successful project completion. Process change orders and maintain accurate project records. Transfer completed project documentation to Accounting for invoicing and project closeout. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures. Qualifications Experience in commercial furniture, contract furnishings, project coordination, interior design, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning. Experience with Team Design and 20/20 CAP preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Key Success Factors Accurate project pricing and specifications. Timely project execution and completion. Effective coordination with sales, vendors, manufacturers, and installers. Strong attention to detail and project organization. Consistent delivery of high-quality project support.
