• Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and contract administration Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships Experience working in occupied or regulated environments such as healthcare or government facilities is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed A bit about us:•Our client is a growing commercial construction firm specializing in complex renovations, healthcare environments, government facilities, and commercial construction projects.
