Kelley Engineered Equipment (KEE) designs and delivers custom equipment and professional engineering solutions for the tunneling and underground construction industry. We thrive on solving tough challenges, delivering innovative systems with unmatched quality, reliability, and customer support.Job Description:
KEE is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from concept through completion. This role bridges clients, engineering, and production, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of custom tunneling equipment.Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the project lifecycle: from initial client contact through delivery and close-out.Own project budgets:
estimate, track costs, and manage invoicing and payments.Develop and maintain project schedules:
ensure milestones and deliverables are met.Coordinate internal teams:
engineering, procurement, and production.Oversee procurement:
vendor selection, negotiation, and contracts. Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks or delays. Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Travel occasionally to job sites for reviews or support.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
