Job Description

Kidwell is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Project Coordinator to join our growing data center team. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to support labor management, project reporting, and operational execution for data center projects nationwide. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for driving operational efficiency. What You'll Do Coordinate workforce, labor, and project activities for data center operations. Review timekeeping exceptions, including punch edits, missed punches, and other time entry discrepancies. Prepare weekly labor and per diem reports. Maintain labor tracking, workforce data, and project reporting tools. Coordinate with project teams, payroll, accounting, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting. Support personnel tracking and labor compliance efforts. Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting Assist leadership with reporting, forecasting, and process improvements. Do You Have What It Takes? Preferred experience in data centers, technical operations, or field service environments. Experience in project coordination, workforce administration, or a related field. Experience with labor tracking, workforce reporting, or project administration preferred. Experience supporting data centers, technical operations, or field service environments preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office 365. Experience with UKG or similar workforce management systems preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
