This is not a traditional superintendent role. This position is heavily involved in budgeting, value engineering, contractor selection, scheduling, project coordination, and overall project execution from the earliest stages of development. Projects can range from infrastructure and land development work to large-scale multifamily developments exceeding $75MM. Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through completion Assist with budgeting, scheduling, bidding, and value engineering Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and municipalities Review drawings, contracts, scopes, and project schedules Conduct site visits, inspections, and project meetings Track budgets, timelines, change orders, and project progress Help identify risks and proactively solve problems Qualifications 5+ years of commercial and/or multifamily construction project management experience Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $100K - $125K base salary, depending on experience Excellent incentive/bonus plan 3 weeks PTO 401(k) plan with company match Very limited travel (typically only a couple days per month) Collaborative, professional team environment Strong long-term growth opportunity This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with the organization from day one.
