Omaha, Nebraska Job type: 1 year contract with extensions (strong possibility for direct hire depending on performance) Job summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will play a key role in overseeing commissioning activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring systems are delivered successfully and in alignment with project requirements and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible mission critical project environment with a leading construction organization. Responsibilities Lead and manage commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and clients Ensure building systems and equipment are commissioned according to project specifications Track commissioning schedules, documentation, testing, and issue resolution Support project turnover and closeout activities Identify and resolve commissioning-related challenges in a fast-paced construction environment Maintain strong communication across cross-functional project teams and stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of commissioning management experience Experience supporting data center, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or complex MEP construction projects Strong understanding of construction systems, commissioning processes, and project delivery Ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines simultaneously Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Experience working closely with owners, contractors, engineers, and field teams Preferred experience: Data center or mission critical project experience Mechanical, electrical, or MEP systems commissioning background Experience with startup, turnover, or integrated systems testing processes If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply today.
