Job Description

Responsibilities DTMO Senior Project Manager The Digital Transformation Management Office Senior Project Manager plays a key role in advancing the organization's mission by leading complex, high visibility initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes. This role is ideal for a proven project leader with experience guiding cross functional teams through large scale digital, technical, and strategic transformations. Candidates with wholesale energy management experience, utility industry exposure, and familiarity with PCI or similar software packages will be especially successful in this position. The role also benefits from strong vendor management capabilities, as you will partner closely with multiple third party providers to deliver enterprise-level results. An MBA and a PMP provide added advantage for success in this high-impact role. You will manage project scope, execution, and delivery while enabling organizational growth and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Impact You'll Have Lead large, complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate and communicate across stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to maintain alignment and ensure project transparency. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively developing mitigation plans. Provide structured project reporting, including timelines, resource plans, financial tracking, and executive updates. Facilitate effective decision-making by promoting collaboration, removing barriers, and escalating issues where appropriate. Ensure project outcomes support organizational goals, user needs, and long-term sustainability. Foster strong relationships with business partners to support change readiness, adoption, and successful transition to operations. Qualifications What You'll Bring
  • Required Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, engineering, business management or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or degree in Project Management Minimum of 6-8 years formal project management experience of large, complex critical technical and strategic projects.
Subject matter expert with processes and systems within a project function Understanding of Information Technology field and new business enabling technologies Ability to work with multiple vendors/professional services to deliver on-time/on-budget projects Experienced in various project management methodologies and tools including Agile/Scrum or other iterative development frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, engineering, business management or related field Prior experience project managing > $2M+ projects with project teams of 10 or more Closing Statement Level
