Job Description

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Collaborates with residential sales team to align FTTH program with market demand and growth objectives. Standards Supports implementation of sales tools, systems, and campaigns across sales and operational teams. Optimizes residential sales and order-to-install workflows to improve conversion and efficiency. Ensures alignment between sales commitments and operational delivery, driving net customer additions. Partners with dispatch, installers, and district managers to align sales activity with installation capacity and timelines. Works with field teams to incorporate installation feedback and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborates with Customer Response Center (CRC) teams to align inbound sales, save efforts, and customer communications. Monitors end-to-end performance from order through activation, reducing cancellations and improving customer experience. Plans and executes projects. Standards Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets for residential sales initiatives. Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinates resources and assigns tasks to team members. Monitors project progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule. Maintains regular communication with management and stakeholders. Standards Communicates project status to leadership and stakeholders. Facilitates meetings with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations). Manages expectations and resolves conflicts between parties. Builds relationships with internal teams and external partners. Applies project management processes and methodology. Standards Applies standardized project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Creates and maintains project documentation and reports. Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identifies process improvements and implements best practices. Identifies risks and addresses issues. Standards Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies. Ensures quality standards are maintained throughout projects. Addresses issues and obstacles as they arise. Conducts post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions. Collaborates with residential sales team and contractors to maintain high standards. Standards Collaborates with sales teams to understand requirements. Supports implementation of sales tools, systems, and campaigns. Helps optimize residential sales processes and workflows. Ensures alignment between project outcomes and sales goals. Maintains technical knowledge of GPC products and services. Standards Remains on the forefront of new and emerging project management methodologies, practices, tools, standards, etc. Maintains a working knowledge of GPC's services and associated technologies. Possesses a thorough understanding of GPC's customer service/support best practices. Attends technical training and related seminars to stay competent with the technologies commonly used by the company. Follows all company and safety policies and procedures outlined in the GPC Employee Handbook and Policy Manual and GPC Accident Prevention Manual. Standards Follows all company policies and procedures outlined in the GPC Employee Handbook and Policy Manual. Forwards times sheets and reports to Manager as scheduled. Reports/leaves work according to department policy. Follows all Safety Policies and Procedures outlined in the GPC Accident Prevention Manual. Performs self-inspections of the workplace and work habits daily. Reports unsafe or hazardous working conditions. Wears personal protective equipment as required. Presents a courteous, well-groomed and professional image to customers, managers, co-workers and others in work-related situations. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE DESIRED 2-3
years experience coordinating and supporting technical/business processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Very strong customer and employee relationship skills Very strong communication skills - written and verbal Ability to handle confidential information Computer skills include Microsoft Office and project management software In-depth knowledge of the company's services, departments, and service locations Telecommunications industry experience Statistical and analytical experience Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Ability to foster a strong sense of urgency that puts the customer's needs as priority one
