This dynamic role combines project management expertise with proactive sales efforts to deliver exceptional results on all of our painting/finishing projects. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of painting projects while actively cultivating new business opportunities. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while building strong client relationships that drive growth. Duties Manage all phases of painting projects from initial estimate through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Develop accurate construction estimates using construction estimating software and blueprint reading skills. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize project management tools such as QuickBooks and BuilderTrend to track progress and maintain schedules. Lead project scheduling and site coordination efforts to optimize productivity and safety on construction sites. Prepare detailed contracts, change orders, and project documentation in compliance with industry standards. Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to expand our market presence. Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, safety protocols, and contract specifications. Monitor project costs and timelines diligently using project scheduling techniques to prevent delays or budget overruns. Ensure all projects meet quality standards by conducting regular site inspections and coordinating with team members for continuous improvement. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, QuickBooks, and BuilderTrend Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading for accurate project planning. Proven ability in project scheduling and coordination within complex construction environments. Skilled in contract management, including drafting and negotiating agreements with clients and subcontractors. Excellent time management skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively across multiple projects. Deep understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in heavy civil or commercial painting projects. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings accurately to guide project execution.
