  • No C2C Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical initiatives within a large-scale transformation program consisting of multiple workstreams across technology, print platforms, and facility operations.
This role will be responsible for driving execution across highly cross-functional teams, creating alignment between IT and operational stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects with significant dependencies. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, can effectively influence teams to adopt new ways of working, and has a proven track record of driving projects forward in organizations with siloed teams and competing priorities. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects spanning print platform technology, facility operations, and business process improvements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities. Coordinate activities across multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Drive collaboration among siloed teams and establish processes that improve communication, efficiency, and accountability. Track project status, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items while providing regular updates to program leadership. Define and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including data inputs, print cycles, print job management, inventory management, and operational workflows. Facilitate strategic discussions and help translate complex concepts into clear visual plans and actionable roadmaps. Identify obstacles, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions in fast-paced and evolving environments. Ensure project deliverables align with overall program objectives and timelines. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within large enterprise environments. Strong project management background with the ability to coordinate efforts across technology and operational teams. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, organizational change, and evolving business requirements. Experience influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of new processes and ways of working. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Ability to create clarity, establish structure, and maintain momentum across multiple teams and workstreams. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, execution-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting print operations, manufacturing, production, logistics, or other operational environments. Experience coordinating large-scale testing efforts across multiple teams and systems. Background working within complex transformation or onboarding programs involving significant business growth or operational scaling.
