PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE
•minimum 5 years experience managing large-scale janitorial or facilities maintenance operations, preferably across multiple sites•experience should include geographically separated sites, multiple shifts, and complex environments (secure facilities, federal buildings, mission-essential services)
DEGREE AND CERTIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree preferred; facilities management certifications (CFM, FMP, or equivalent)
NOT REQUIRED CLEARANCE
•no security clearance required•standard GSA/OPM background check
