10-15 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and drive complex enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead project execution and delivery from initiation through completion. Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies. Manage and maintain project activities, user stories, and sprint tracking in Jira. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional and matrixed teams to gather updates and ensure alignment. Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health. Partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Drive accountability and ownership across project teams. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management. Required Skills 10+ years of Project Management experience. Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience. Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed teams. Strong project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities. Experience leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification. Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
