Installation Project Manager

Install Project Management:

We're looking for someone to join our team as an Installation Project Manager. This job entails managing a new customer Install from point of sale to installation close out email and payment. Responsibiltities include

• Complete and submit permits for each install (elec, gas, mechanical)
• Determine equipment availability & supplies in shop
• generators, automatic transfer switches ATSs, lumber, rocks, sand
• mini split condensers, indoor heads, stands, pads
• Job scheduling - contact customers, create weekly jobs email/assignments
• Call in and/or follow up on town inspections
• Register generator & ATS with manufacturer
• Warranty registration for Mini Splits
• Schedule start-ups & backfills, final clean-up
• Send final invoice and track payments, send follow-up email / call as needed
• Complete any required forms or steps during manufacturer promotion periods.

This varies by promotion.

Ex:

free 10 year extended warranty from Kohler

• Send final close out email with referral program, review request/links, etc

Equipment Ordering:

(shared) Order equipment to support all installation jobs. Also periodically shop best pricing/promos from suppliers for materials. Negotiate bulk pricing with suppliers based on install volume.

• Gen - Order generators, ATSs, site material (stone, sand, lumber)
• MS - order condensers, heads, pad, stands, lineset, line hide, nitrogen, refrigerant Inbound call support: (shared) Answer inbound calls when primary is on phone or away from desk or out of office.

Calls can be anything from inbound leads, follow up from outbound Preventative maintenance calls, follow up on outbound calls to install customers / inspections, service or repair requests, generator triage, etc
