Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper to join our team. Based in Campton, NH area, we are a leading Custom Home Builder and Remodeler, focused on custom high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing construction plans/documents, work with Vendors to develop estimated costs for: Fireplace, Flooring, Electrical Fixtures, Cabinets, Countertops, Landscaping, Well, Masonry, Stair Parts, Closet Accessories, Garage Doors, Plumbing, etc… Coordinate with homeowner to select items before they are needed on site Works with subcontractors and BPV Team to ensure they have current information related to customer selections Track cost of chosen items Maintain detailed notes to ensure selections are correct Utilize spreadsheets to reflect current selections Maintain communication with customers as to current costs and future costs Update project schedules and keep team / subcontractors informed General Office/Bookkeeper duties Accounts Payable Customer Billing Weekly payroll Filing of documents, invoices etc… using online filing system Phone Calls / Customer or Vendor questions Attend occasional meetings with homeowners (some may be outside of normal scheduled hours) Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 experience QuickBooks experience Co-Construct experience, would be nice to have but not required General Bookkeeping skills (A/P, Billing, Payroll) Strong organizational skills Good verbal communication skills Residential construction knowledge Ability to multi-task Ability to work with and manage deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
