Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of roofing projects, execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, installers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows. Read and interpret job details to specific job to accurately assess project requirements. Utilize company software to document entire project. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality standards; conduct site inspections regularly. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), progress reports, and incident logs. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the roofing or general construction industry.(not Required and willing to train) Roofing Knowledge a plus!
