We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who combines professional skill with people sense, someone who's organized, emotionally intelligent and thrives on leading others to deliver exceptional results. This role bridges planning and execution
  • perfect for someone who enjoys both the structure of management and the satisfaction of seeing a project take shape from design to completion.
In this role, you will lead high-quality hardscape installation projects from pre-construction to closeout. This role ensures smooth job execution by managing crews, materials, schedules, and communication between the project team and clients. You'll serve as project leader, solving problems, maintaining scope, time, cost and quality. What You'll Do Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish — ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and beautifully. Lead and support a field team of foremen and crew members — setting expectations, maintaining accountability, and fostering a culture of teamwork and pride. Coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on track. Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and company leadership to ensure clear expectations and smooth project flow. Monitor budgets, track progress, and proactively address challenges before they become issues. Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every site. Plays a large role in the snow removal operations and process, which may include managing sites, plowing, salting, etc.
Preferred Background:
5+ years in landscape construction, hardscaping, or construction project leadership. Strong professional references required. Working knowledge of landscape construction installation, materials, and equipment used. Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance, able to trouble shoot, and fix/delegate equipment issues. Effectively understands estimates, plans, and budgets and can translate that information to get the best results. Proficiency with project management tools recommended (LMN or similar) Organized, independent thinker and problem solver, and dependable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Experience with snow removal operations (for winter work). Holds a valid driver's license, DOT Card. Background check required. Strong communication skills through phone calls/texts, communication apps, calendars, etc. Is a must. Communicate clearly and often. Adaptable, cares, does what he/she says, owns it, says yes, acts, responsible and tries their best. Looks out for the team, is helpful, respectful, and acts with honesty and integrity.
