Hudson, NH (Field-based with weekly in-office operations) The Opportunity DeSalvo Contracting is seeking an operational leader to bridge the gap between our high-volume residential sales division and our production crews. This is a W-2 role for a technical expert who thrives on organization. You will spend your time in the field ensuring quality and safety, while reporting to the office weekly to manage the master schedule and refine our building processes. What We Offer (Full Benefits)

Office Operations & Process Building Scheduling:

Lead weekly production meetings to set the master calendar. Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure seamless project hand-offs.

Process Optimization:

Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve division efficiency and profitability.

Reporting:

Weekly in-office reporting on job costs, material supplements, and crew performance. 2.

Field Management & Logistics Site Supervision:

Daily field presence to manage multiple residential projects. Enforce safety protocols and "The DeSalvo Standard" of site cleanliness.

Technical Quality Control:

Perform mid-job and final inspections (flashing, ventilation, shingles) to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Logistics:

Coordinate on-site material deliveries and troubleshoot any inventory shortages to keep crews moving. 3.

Customer Experience Project Liaison:

Act as the face of production for homeowners, providing professional updates and resolving technical concerns in real-time.

Requirements Experience:

3+ years in residential roofing (installation, foreman, or management).

Skills:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to build and follow complex schedules.

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable and safe climbing ladders and walking roofs daily.

Professionalism:

Polished communication skills for both crew management and high-end client interaction.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for company vehicle).

Schedule Field-Based:

Monday - Friday field operations.

Office-Based:

Dedicated weekly in-office time for scheduling and administrative operations.
