Concentration of work is central and southern New Hampshire, with projects in Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts.

Our primary focus is on commercial and industrial, piping and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, owners, engineers, sub-contractors and vendors. Ability to identify and resolve issues in professional and timely manner. Working knowledge and ability to coordinate mechanical systems including steam, fuel gasses, process piping, welding, plumbing and HVAC systems. Monitor and track schedules, manpower, budgets, and contracts for all phases of a project in order to meet contractual requirements and deadlines. Ensure material and equipment lead times for each job to achieve scheduled completion dates. Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, proposals and contract documents. Conduct regular project site visits to ensure compliance with contract documents. Maintain organized electronic job files.
Experience and Requirements:
3-5 years experience in construction project management Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Proficient in MS-Office Must have high level of interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task. An ability to work within customers operational facilities without interrupting production. Estimating experience helpful, but not required. Clean driving record required. Competitive wages and benefits, including health & dental insurance, 401K, and profit sharing.
