Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Projects Administration Department to facilitate all activities required to complete projects per customer plans and specifications. Motivating team members, fostering a positive team environment and culture. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation is maintained and accessible. Proactively identify and resolve time sensitive challenges with a positive, collaborative, solutions-focused, customer centric approach. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track and analyze customer success metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use customer feedback to inform strategies that enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and advocate for customer needs throughout the course of projects to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Manage and enhance external and internal customer relationships and handle escalated customer issues to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of relevant experience required; previous manufacturing and/or construction experience preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels on a proactive basis. Organized with strong time management skills along with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus. Strong understanding of customer success best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies. Initiative-taking and proactive, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and strong problem-solving, project management, scheduling, and decision-making abilities.
