Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our clients team in Sunapee, New Hampshire. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee various aspects of daily operations and ensure the successful execution of projects from initial planning through completion. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to travel extensively.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Travel extensively to customer locations to support field sales and project implementations.
  • Manage time efficiently to balance multiple priorities, including planning, communication, and leadership tasks.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment systems.
  • Assist with processing equipment orders, installations, and seasonal maintenance needs.
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for US-based equipment systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency and provide input for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all duties align with company standards and may occasionally take on additional responsibilities as needed.
