Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout, while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong background managing ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, podium, or residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from contract award through turnover. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and operational challenges. Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and pay applications. Ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and company standards. Collaborate closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules, quality control, and safety requirements. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients. Manage project closeout activities including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and warranty administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 8-10+ years of commercial construction experience. Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control. Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
