Job Description:
A rapidly growing EPC organization is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support large-scale power and infrastructure projects across the U.S. This is a rare opportunity to work on highly complex, high-visibility builds tied to critical infrastructure and next-generation facilities. You will work directly alongside experienced project leadership teams, gaining exposure to every phase of execution from design through commissioning. The company offers strong mentorship, career growth, and a clear path toward full Project Management leadership. Responsibilities Support execution of large EPC projects from design through construction and commissioning Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel Track project schedules, procurement activities, budgets, and key milestones Assist with project reporting, documentation, and issue resolution Travel to active project sites and support field operations as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project coordination, or EPC environments Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred Exposure to power generation, energy, industrial, mission critical, or large infrastructure projects is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to travel extensively Why This Opportunity?
