Job Description We are partnering with a large automotive organization to hire a Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio of upcoming application and product launches. This role works closely with business and engineering stakeholders to manage initiatives across the full IT SDLC, from early discovery through build and deployment, in a highly complex and interdependent environment. The position is hands on and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on coordination, documentation, and communication—particularly in the early phases of work. The Project Manager will spend significant time consolidating inputs, tracking dependencies, maintaining plans, and ensuring alignment across teams, while serving as a key communication hub for global partners and stakeholders, including participation in regular after hours calls to support international collaboration. This role operates in a low automation environment and requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Compensation:
$60hr to $70hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience managing application development projects across the full SDLC Proven experience leading initiatives with multiple interdependencies Strong organizational, administrative, and coordination skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including manual tracking and project plans/charters built in PowerPoint Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration Ability to support after hours calls with global teams (approximately 2-3 times per week) Ability to work onsite three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
