This position will act as a valuable resource for the company's growth and offers an opportunity for personal growth and advancement. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Reviews and inspects projects from conception through delivery to ensure that jobs are on schedule, within budget and meet all specification. Coordinates production scheduling of all projects with production and outside vendors to achieve maximum efficiency through the shop and meet client expectations. Assists clients with pricing; prepares estimates from prevailing price lists. Works with Account Executive, Estimator and Production Management to develop timelines and budgets for work performed in-house as well as vended services. Listens to, handles, and follows up on client inquires and complaints on a timely basis; solves client related problems. Creates purchase orders for all vended services such as offset, grand format, fabrication and installation.
Requirements:
Must have minimum three (3) years experience in Large Format Color Graphics Print managing projects from inception through delivery. Please have an understanding of preflighting and a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel & Outlook) is also required. Strong verbal & written communication skills & client services skills are an absolute necessity!
