Job Description
firstPRO is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to support a portfolio of customer operations and digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and is skilled at driving collaboration, accountability, and project execution across diverse teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent customer operations and digital transformation projects from initiation through execution Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business teams, IT, vendors, and third-party partners Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful execution Lead project meetings, steering committee discussions, status updates, and executive communications Foster stakeholder engagement and drive accountability across all project participants Identify and escalate project risks, roadblocks, and missed deliverables when necessary Facilitate communication between customer operations, business units, IT teams, and external vendors Support prioritization efforts and help teams balance competing project demands Assist with implementation readiness activities, including operational coordination, communications, process alignment, and training support Maintain project plans, documentation, meeting notes, action items, and reporting materials Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise-level organizations Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Experience coordinating both internal teams and external vendors Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and ensure follow-through across teams Strong scheduling, prioritization, and project coordination capabilities Comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting updates to leadership and executive stakeholders Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments Experience supporting customer operations, customer experience, enterprise operations, or digital transformation initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an Enterprise PMO environment Background supporting customer-facing transformation initiatives Experience partnering with both IT and business operations teams Familiarity managing vendor-heavy project environments Exposure to SAP or other large enterprise systems is a plus, but not required
