job summary: Looking for a Project Manager in Clifton, NJ. Join Our Client, a global real estate leader shaping the future! Relentlessly drive progress by bringing your Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree and LN2 infrastructure experience to our dynamic team.
Oversee all phases of capital improvement and renovation projects, taking sole responsibility for requirement evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budget management, and project closeout.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal Facilities Maintenance teams to ensure architectural design and construction management align with customer needs.
Deliver metric-driven solutions focusing on value engineering, cost improvements, and strict compliance with local building codes, OSHA, ADA, and NFPA regulations.
Support the development of corporate capital and expense budgets while simultaneously managing multiple large-scale and small-scale projects.
