Job Description:

ektello is working with a news and media client to find a PMO Technical Coordinator to join their growing team. We are looking a junior-level PMO coordinator (not a Project Manager or senior analyst). This role supports a high-visibility Workday HCM implementation and provides hands-on exposure to HR transformation initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in project management, HR technology, and enterprise implementations. This is a hybrid (3x week), W2 contract in Englewood Cliffs, NJ location. Details Candidates must have some exposure to project-based work-not purely administrative roles Ideal backgrounds include project coordinator, junior analyst, HR operations support, or PMO support roles Highly organized and detail-oriented Responsive and reliable with strong follow-through Comfortable taking direction and executing assigned tasks Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Interested in developing a career in project management, HR systems, or PMO functions Experience using JIRA or similar project tracking tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Point
