Sr. Project Manager

Job Description Role Summary The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross‑functional technology and digital initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment combining Agile and plan‑driven methodologies. Operating within a matrixed organization, this role drives execution of strategic priorities by bringing structure, alignment, and operational rigor across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs from discovery through launch Build and manage integrated delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and multiple workstreams Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, adapting delivery approach as needs evolve Maintain accurate project tracking, dashboards, and documentation across standard project management tools Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and operations teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions to support predictable delivery Drive alignment and transparency through clear communication, documentation, and regular reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
