The Project Manager is responsible for leading a cross functional team of professionals across a variety of engineering and manufacturing capabilities with the goal of completing projects by a set deadline, on budget and with the high quality that DCI is expected to deliver.

Position Responsibilities:

Creating long-and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Communicating with clients and internal resources to keep the project aligned with their goals. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple skill sets are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. Monitor project costs and provide feedback to management and teams to identify areas for improvement.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field Three years of experience as project manager Proficient with spreadsheet and project management software PMP certification is a plus - we will assist in getting you certified Ability to travel to clients for face-to-face kickoff meetings Be onsite at our Fairfield, NJ facility 4-days per week, including for factory acceptance testing and customer visits DCI is committed to a culture that promotes long-term career satisfaction and provides an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
