Job Description:
Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJ Looking for a strong Project Manager to step in and take ownership of projects across industrial and commercial. This role is with a national leading design-build firm.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead ground-up and renovation projects from precon through closeout Own budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relationships Handle buyout, procurement, and contract administration Coordinate closely with field teams, design teams, and ownership Manage cost tracking, change orders, and overall project performance Keep projects moving, on schedule, and on budget
What They're Looking For:
5-10+ years of construction experience within project management Strong background in industrial / warehouse / commercial construction Experience running projects independently (not just supporting) Exposure to mixed-use or residential work is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability Why It's a
