- 75/hr We are seeking an experienced PMP Certified Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing transformation projects for a global organization supporting operations across North and South America.
This high-visibility contract role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, financial management, and cross-functional project execution experience in complex manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale manufacturing initiatives
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, quality, and change management activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, and EHS
Establish governance structures, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication plans
Drive compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and operational standards
Monitor project financials, capital investments, and cost savings initiatives
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Support organizational change management, workforce transition planning, and operational readiness Qualifications PMP Certification required
Proven experience leading high-stakes manufacturing or operational transformation projects
Strong financial acumen and project budgeting experience
Engineering degree preferred
MBA and/or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
