Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent small to medium‐sized projects from initiation through closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Stakeholder & Communication Management Engage and manage cross‐functional stakeholders to drive alignment, progress, and issue resolution. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly through structured updates and reporting. Facilitate project governance, decision‐making, and escalation when required. Risk, Change & Governance Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, driving mitigation plans as needed. Manage scope changes through established change control and governance processes. Track and report project performance related to timeline, budget, and deliverables. Ways of Working & Tools Apply standard project management methodologies and best practices, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Lean/Six Sigma as appropriate. Utilize project management tools and software to support planning, tracking, and reporting. Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle processes (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma). Excellent organizational, planning, scheduling, and time‐management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage risk, change, and governance in complex environments. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively. Working knowledge of organizational change management practices (preferred). Education & Experience Proven experience managing small to medium‐sized projects across cross‐functional teams. Experience driving projects in Commercial, or Marketing environments preferred. Professional project management certification such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 preferred. This role drives projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget while managing risks, stakeholders, and change in a complex, matrixed environment.
