Facility Operations Blackwood, NJ 08012 Overview The District Manager - Capital Projects provides administrative and project coordination support to the Program Manager and Capital Projects team. This role is responsible for managing project documentation, reporting, scheduling, invoice processing, vendor communications, and other administrative functions that support the successful execution of capital projects.
Support the Program Manager with project administration and coordination activities. Maintain project files, contracts, permits, change orders, drawings, and closeout documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project status updates. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Process invoices, purchase orders, and project-related expenses. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Coordinate communications with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Assist with vendor compliance documentation and project tracking. Support budget monitoring and reporting activities. Ensure project documentation complies with company and client requirements.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, facilities, construction, or operations support experience. Strong organizational and document management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel to project sites as needed.
