Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive project success by coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, building meaningful customer relationships, and maintaining rigorous schedules. Most of our customers are experiential/environmental designers & fabricators, so having an eye for aesthetics is key to the role. Responsibilities Become a Bitro product expert to advise and guide customers to the right solutions. This can involve virtual and in-presentations. Maintain and develop B2B customer relationships in conjunction with our external development teams. Deliver timely and accurate quotes. Read and interpret shop drawings/artwork to derive design intent and ensure accurate project deliverables Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to develop and maintain detailed project schedules Follow up with customers post shipment for feedback and continual relationship building. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily reports. Support project management teams by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on construction sites.

WHO WE NEED A

Is authorized to work in the United States (required) will all appropriate documents Has an Associates Degree or higher (Bachelors preferred) Is curious, scrappy, unafraid to ask questions, and take initiative to bring solutions Cares deeply about being organized and is meticulous with attention to detail Has customer service experience (B2B a plus) Is a clear communicator and effective public speaker/presenter Has technical proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel preferred).

Knowledge of tools such as:

Monday.com, Adobe Illustrator, and AI platforms are a plus.

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
