Job Description

Overview The Roofing Project Manager oversees active roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires regular on-site inspections, coordination with field crews and office staff, and proactive communication to keep projects on schedule. The Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining company standards by verifying installation quality, resolving job-site issues, and supporting crews with material coordination as needed. This position also involves direct interaction with homeowners, including final walkthroughs, collecting payments, and requesting customer feedback upon project completion. Performance-based incentives are tied to customer satisfaction, reviews, and successful payment collection.
Qualifications:
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure all roofing installations meet company quality standards Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to office staff Coordinate with field crews and office personnel to keep projects on schedule Deliver or arrange delivery of additional materials as needed Serve as the primary point of communication between customers, crews, and the office Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to confirm project completion and satisfaction Request and collect customer reviews following project completion Identify and resolve job-site challenges to maintain workflow efficiency Assist in collecting final payments upon project completion Conduct job site visits on Saturdays as needed

From $60,000.00 per year
