Berkeley Heights, NJ - onsite Long term contract Key Responsibilitie sLead end-to-end project delivery for FinTech products, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives .Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements .Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors .Drive Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements .Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans .Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, security standards, and governance requirements .Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting .Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reviews .Coordinate UAT activities, production releases, and post-implementation support .Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external delivery partners .Provide regular executive-level project status updates and presentations .Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives .Support organizational change management and stakeholder adoption activities .
