About Astral Weeks Development Astral Weeks Development is a privately held real estate development and management company founded in 2001, focused on uniquely positioned assets within dynamic urban neighborhoods. The firm develops and invests in residential, commercial, hospitality, student housing, and mixed-use projects, with a particular emphasis on design-driven development and long-term value creation. As an owner, operator, and manager of its properties, Astral Weeks oversees projects from acquisition and design through construction, leasing, sales and asset management. Position Overview Astral Weeks Development is seeking a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to support all phases of the real estate development cycle-from sourcing & acquisitions through construction & stabilization. Key Responsibilities General Provide organizational support including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and preparation of meeting minutes Maintain digital project files across internal servers and file share platforms Track action items from meetings and follow up with internal and external stakeholders Provide mobile support as needed, including site visits, sample pickup/delivery, and coordination with field teams Assist with special projects and maintain the Project Directory Development & Acquisitions Underwrite prospective development opportunities Monitor active deals and update the acquisitions team on project progress Conduct neighborhood and market research on targeted assets throughout the tri-state region Support deal flow management across legal, insurance, lending, and design consultants Assist in assembling project teams, including soliciting and reviewing bids, contracts, and insurance documentation Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules Update Development Status Checklists and track key milestones Construction & Site Coordination Coordinate site access and communicate field activity updates to the development team Manage access agreements and ensure compliance with site requirements and filings Track critical path items and proactively follow up with project stakeholders Assist with contractor coordination and maintain open items / issue logs Support punch list completion and project closeout through stabilization Independently manage capital improvements Administrative & Financial Process and track project payment requisitions Coordinate with the marketing team to compile development updates for investor communications Assist in securing and maintaining insurance for owners, contractors, and sub-contractors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management Strong financial and analytical skills, including underwriting experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with project management tools and document platforms (e.g., Dropbox) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the tri-state area
Compensation Base Salary:
$85,000-95,000 commensurate with experience Performance based bonus Healthcare benefits available
