Duties Coordinate project activities across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting notes Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments efficiently Support data entry, filing, and record-keeping to keep project information organized and accessible Assist with office management tasks such as handling multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, and customer support Prepare presentations, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure professional communication at all times Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical responsibilities Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse team needs Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems or front desk interactions Experience with calendar management, proofreading documents, and time management tools Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Project Coordinator and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
