Job Description:
Real Estate development and Investment firm is currently seeking an Operations Project Manager to join their growing hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and working directly with the Construction Project Manager to ensure day-to-day operational projects are being met. The ideal candidate brings deep project management discipline, hospitality experience, and the executive presence to interface directly with senior leadership - translating complex, multi-workstream projects into clear, consistent visibility through weekly reporting against critical path milestones. Operations Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities Develop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget Drive cross-functional operations, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT Create and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets Monitor project progress and identify areas of risk or opportunity Manage stakeholders and provide periodic updates Identify and resolve project issues and conflict Ensure that project deliverables are met Develop and coach project teams, including providing feedback and guidance Operations Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in project management Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Office and project management software Must have a valid US Passport as some travel to the 2 properties is required Familiarity with major hotel platforms (Opera, Maestro, Mews etc.) Direct experience with hotel acquisitions ideal PMP Certification a huge plus
