Production Operations Coordinator Overview Seeking a highly organized professional to manage client projects through the full production lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within scope. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects from intake through final delivery Track timelines, priorities, and project milestones Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor production workflows and resolve issues proactively Maintain project documentation and status updates Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Experience in a production, operations, project coordination, or manufacturing environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with project tracking, reporting, or workflow management tools Exposure to production systems, operations software, or ERP platforms Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business applications Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
