Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning Execution:
Plan manage and deliver Majesco implementation projects end to end Define project scope schedule budget and resource allocation Develop detailed project plans milestones and timelines
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams including: Business analysts Developers Architects QA teams Coordinate onshore/offshore teams Provide guidance remove blockers and ensure productivity
Delivery Execution:
Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans Manage change requests and scope adjustments
Majesco Implementation Oversight:
Oversee implementation of: Majesco Policy Majesco Billing Majesco Claims Ensure adherence to Majesco best practices and standards
Risk Quality Management:
Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure quality standards are maintained across deliverables Conduct reviews and ensure compliance with governance processes
Vendor Integration Management:
Coordinate with third-party vendors and system integrators Oversee integrations with external systems APIs payment gateways CRM etc
Required Skills Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
PMP PRINCE2
Agile certifications preferred
Experience:
10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project program management Proven experience delivering Majesco implementations or similar insurance platforms
Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of insurance processes Policy lifecycle Underwriting Billing collections Claims management Experience in PC Life or Health insurance
Technical Delivery Skills :
Experience with Majesco products Policy Billing Claims Familiarity with: Agile Scrum SAFe methodologies SDLC processes Integration patterns APIs middleware Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure is a plus
Project Management Skills:
Project planning and execution Risk and issue management Budget and resource management Change and release management
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Problem solving and decision making skills Ability to work in a fast paced client facing environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in largescale insurance transformation programs Exposure to DevOps and CICD practices Familiarity with digital insurance platforms Experience managing distributed global teams The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.38/hour - $67.78/hour.
