This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. As a key leader, you will oversee project lifecycle management, ensure timely delivery, and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. Your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and business success. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality standards. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Manage project scope changes through effective scope management and negotiation with stakeholders to minimize scope creep. Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee program development and portfolio management to ensure alignment with organizational priorities while controlling costs through budgeting and cost control techniques. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards; coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for technical project implementation. Experience Proven track record of supervising multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated team management skills. Skilled in data analysis techniques for data collection and performance measurement; proficient in using SAS or similar analytics tools for insights generation. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycle phases from initiation to closure while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent organizational skills complemented by technical writing abilities for documentation purposes; capable of presenting complex information clearly through presentation skills.
