Project Manager- Trade Surveillance, Actimize#26-19182 $15.49-$65.14 per hour Jersey City, NJ Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Manager- Trade Surveillance, Actimize for their Jersey City, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
Project status monitoring and reporting Attend all internal and external meetings in order to track and document status Produce monthly project decks, project roadmaps, lists of deliverables and accomplishments, biweekly "flash" status reports. Maintain ongoing annual book of work slides Other adhoc reporting Present project status on calls with business clients Manage projects in internal projects management tool Planning and delivery Intake / prioritization / scheduling of new/modified work against existing funding Arranging for funding for new requests; track all funding Annual initiative planning - coordinate and document, represent portfolio to external teams Effort costing/sizing (guiding/coordinating w/ tech team) Work prioritization and scheduling (incl matching to capacity) Coordinate PI planning, including scheduling work/resources and any presentations and coordinating creation of epics and assignment to sprints Progress tracking and reporting for projects requiring granular tracking Milestone creation and tracking; Report deviations from plan/risks/issues (eg missing requirements) Help drive transformation / strategic efforts Financials for projects Research and resolve variances monthly Coordinate one-off supplementary funding and alignment of resources to funding Manage/track/report on service providers and charges. Coordinate w/ service providers when charging does not follow forecast Standards management and implementation/enforcement Understand/review enterprise / team standards and provide roadmap/adoption strategy for the project Streamline and standardize the process across the portfolio Work with scrum masters to ensure standards are adopted and enforced. Jira monitoring Monitor and follow up on Jira data quality issues Monitor base vs init Jira costing Coordinate alignment of Jira activity categories Surveillance Technology - specific portfolios to be determined
Requirements:
Prior Experience with the Surveillance Technology Project Management team. Audit and Risk identified related work efforts Experience in presenting the project status to senior technology managers and compliance executive. Business analysis Actimize and Informatica tools Project management in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Trade surveillance / compliance Audit / governance Creating and managing complex projects in Microsoft Project or similar tool Using Jira to manage and report on Scrum and Kanban projects, across multiple teams SQL and data analysis Creating and tracking to milestones Presenting team accomplishments and project updates to various levels of management Experience with Bank systems and Bank processes around audit issues tracking Knowledge of Trade Surveillance space Self-organizing Able to communicate clearly and concisely, including emails and PowerPoint Project Manager Agile Actimize Informatica Project Management
